Our Process
Call or Text
Potential clients contact us and we have you fill out the form under “Plan your project” at the top of the page (optional). From there we start to review your project thoroughly in preparation for the next step.
Site Visit
We set up a time to come and look at the build site and further discuss the clients expectations. We look at the slope, access, and anything that may be special about your project. We then prepare an estimate for you to review.
The Build
At this point when you have agreed to our estimate and chosen Ardent we will show up at the start date and begin. Throughout the length of the project the site will remain clean and orderly. We will have close communication and complete your project with the highest level of quality and within the agreed budget. Ensuring all your expectations have been met.
Meet the builder
My name is Trey. I have been in residential construction and building decks for over 20 years. I own Ardent Builders. I will be the one that shows up for the first site visit to write an estimate and I will also have my nail bags on building as a carpenter on site. From beginning to end I am fully involved on all projects, ensuring expectations are exceeded with above industry standard quality. There are many different avenues to pursue in construction and after building homes for decades my passion is really for building beautiful custom decks and outdoor living spaces.
What our clients say about us...
"We had an old wood deck in Lakeway that was soft in spots and too small for the yard. Ardent Builders tore it off and built a new composite deck with a black metal railing. They showed up when they said they would, kept the job site clean, and the finished deck looks like it belongs on the house. We’d hire them again.”
